Refund Policy
The Linkage Digital ensures 100% customer satisfaction with our unlimited free revision policy. This allows clients to refine their design briefs free of charge via their account area.
Duplicate charges caused by errors will be fully refunded.
If we fail to meet special requirements or delivery commitments, you are entitled to a refund.
Refund requests must be made within five days of receiving initial designs. After this, it is assumed you are satisfied.
Refund Structure:
Before initial concept delivery → Full refund (less 10% processing fee)
Within 48 hours of delivery → 66% refund (less 10% processing fee)
Between 48–120 hours → 33% refund (less 10% processing fee)
After 120 hours → No refund (but we still encourage you to contact us for solutions).
Refund requests should be communicated to our support department at sales@thelinkagedigital.com. Approval is subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
Once a refund is issued, design rights transfer to The Linkage Digital. Clients may not use or display any designs provided by the company.
Account Area
The Account Area is the primary communication platform. Clients are responsible for checking it frequently for updates, queries, and revisions. Not using the Account Area cannot be used as grounds for a refund. Our support team is available to assist with its use.
Delivery Policy
Orders are delivered to your Account Area within the timeframe specified in your Order Confirmation Email.
We also provide order tracking via reference numbers.
Standard design delivery is 2–3 days.
Rush Delivery (within 24 hours) is available for an additional $100.
Revision Policy
The Linkage Digital offers unlimited free revisions, provided the concept remains the same. Revisions are typically delivered within 48 hours.
Copyright Violation Procedure
To file a copyright violation claim, provide:
An electronic/physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
A description of the copyrighted work.
A description of the copied material and its location.
Your address, phone number (+1 410 205 5466), and email (sales@thelinkagedigital.com).
A statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Applicable Law
You must comply with all applicable laws, including export controls, when using our services.
Disputes
Any disputes related to your visit or purchase will be handled by our Dispute Handling Department.
